Exponents, Square Roots and Colorful Cubes OH MY!
Check out the wood cube box. J4 pulled these right out when he saw them on the school table.
Everyone started stacking when Dan asked E10 how many cubes it would take to make a cube shape two cubes wide...8. Then he kept adding on. How about 3 cubes wide?
Here they are working out the cube of 4. They didn't have enough cubes for the cube of 5. (note that "Thing" is a math expert!)
How is THAT for a cool math lesson?
