Does this thing rock or what??? I LOVE it! Best $25 I've spent in a loonnngg time! We looked at a piece of Kix Cereal, a broom straw, and later today we'll check out a potato that's been rubbed with washed hands and one without. Won't that be neat. And informative. E9 is studying some germs today.

Michelle, it is the Intel Play qx3 computer microscope. I actually bought it from a local homeschooler looking to sell it because it is no longer compatible with her vista computer. Works wonder in xp though!
The newest version is the qx5 and if you google it, you'll find it. My kids LOVE it and it is super easy to use. Second hand it was $25, but new they go for just under $100 I think. Very cool investment though. I highly recommend it!
