...a super cool tie dye hippo
...an owl and a hare (don't mistake that for the former "bunny")
...another tie dye creation- a cow of course!
On deck we have a fox, which is curiously missing...
We've got tons of patterns and for Advent I plan on putting together the Nativity characters. I'll let you know when the first puppet production is ready.

Michele
Thanks girls! To answer a few questions...
Yes, Holly Valerie did the Bible puppet book as well. There are all kinds of Bible story patterns in the book.
Michele- the felt comes from AC Moore.
Those are SO cute! Another question for you! :) Do you sew alot? Are these difficult or could someone who doesn't sew work on these? thanks!
Absolutely Adorable!!! I am going to have to invest in that book. Along the lines with Candace's question...Are these patterns kid friendly? What I mean is, are the kids able to help put the puppets together? My dc would love these!!!
Candace these are not difficult at all. It's a basic stitch around the outside and all the details are glued on.
Anon- I think my kids could do this with some help. I typically work on them on long car trips and that sort of thing so I do them myself.
I've often thought it would be a good idea to have them make a few of their choice.
Those are GREAT! Where did you get that book??
You can click on the link to find the book. (the link is above the picture) and the Bible puppets link is in the paragraph below.
You can find them at www.valeriebendt.com She is the lady who wrote Reading Made Easy and Unit Studies Made Easy- two of my favorites!
Heather,
These are adorable! Thanks so much for the info. I love Valerie Bendt's books.
