J2 had a fabulous time decorating and eating! He didn't want to stop.
I-5 made his an alien.
E9 made a Santa gingerbread man. He sure did like squeezing icing out the bag!
R7 made a gingerbread girl and decorated her all red. She particularly liked the gumdrops!
We started this last weekend when we rolled out all that cookie dough and made cut out and these large gingerbread people. Dan is a gingerbread artisan and hasn't done much with the kids yet. Sometime I need to post the gingerbread church with the sleigh and reindeer out front ready to take the bride and groom away.
Last night we let the kids decorate the large cookies and they had a lot of fun. One of J2's favorite books of the season has been Gingerbread Baby by Jan Brett.

Good job on decorating. We are scandalous around here, we left our gingerbread people NEKID!
